I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. In addition to therapeutic services, I facilitate workshops and groups. I encourage you to contact me for an initial consultation to see if therapy with me is a good match for you. My waitlist is full for individual clients. I am only taking on couples/relationships as new clients (Updated February 2024)

My fee for individual therapy is $225-$275 for a 50-minute session. Couples and family sessions are $300 for a 60-minute session. My fee reflects the current pricing for clinicians with my level of training and experience in the field. My fees for workshops and groups vary, so please contact me for my rates.
I do require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule; if not, I will charge the full fee for the missed session. However, I do understand that life happens — in the event of an emergency, I will do my best to accommodate.

Out of Network Benefits
If I don’t accept your insurance, I can can assist you with reimbursement services through your insurance provider.
Therapy services may be covered as “out-of-network benefits” by your insurance plan. Please review your coverage plan for out-of-network mental health benefits.
If your “out-of-network” benefits are covered, I will send you a “super-bill invoice” at the end of each month. You are be responsible for payment at the time of service. Your insurance will reimburse your expenses afterward.

I believe in working with the community around us and ensuring that therapy is accessible. A percentage of my practice is reserved for affordable rates, sliding scale or subsidized appointments, and prioritize services for those who have multiple marginalized identities (e.g. BIPOC, trans identified persons, sex workers).
I work with Maria Droste Counseling Services www.mdcsnyc.org and offer income-based sliding scale rates through our agency. If I can’t take you on as a private client, I can refer to you MDCS.

Currently, all of my our services are offered via phone or virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality. I am in the process of transitioning to in-person sessions in my NYC office.

I am currently accepting clients who are located in New York City and NY state.
